Our dyeing factory is located in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province. The factory equipped with advanced high temperature and high pressure dyeing equipments, modern workshops, and supporting facilities such as boilers, tap water manufacturers and sewage treatment. Swatches can be prov ided accurately and quickly according to customer requirements. Our factory adopts strict management measures for the purchase of dyestuffs, use internationally recognized and environmentally friendly pigments, which does not contain any harmful substances.
Weft Factory & waterproof Factory
Our company has 102 warp knitting machines, including 66 two-bars knitting machines, 56 three-bars knitting machines and four-bars knitting machines. More than 200 weft knitting machines, 82 double-sided knitting machines, and 120 other machines.
After continuous innovation and accumulation, we have machines for knitting woven, computer jacquards in different gauges. Products are widely used in fashion clothing, yoga, lingerie, swimsuits. sportswears, children's wear and etc.
Professional fabric testing center to satisfy the equirment of color fastness test and physical test.
Sample production room, sample R&D center, and the physical and chemical testing center make the lean production and whole-process quality control possible.
Based on the the requirements of different customers, tests can be carried out according to GB, ISO, AATCC and JIS.
